Still no reason why an "ATG" should lose to the likes of Fury. At this point, I just feel like saying Fury just got caught but I'm sure he's not the only one.

Ortiz is a solid pick, he brutalized Jennings and appears to be the best in terms of the eye test.

Fury is an out of shape 310lb man who hasn't been in a boxing match in over a year. He's got the best win of the bunch no doubt, but hard to say he's still relevant until he actually follows through with a fight (any fight).

He has to actually beat someone worth a dam. Joshua is in incredible shape, has a good amateur background, has a big KO streak going but he has been maneuvered slowly through some fairly soft competition as a professional. A Klitschko win legitimizes AJ as one of the, if not the, best HW(s) today.

Tyson Fury is the man still IMO. He was the first man to derail Wlad in over 10 years.

Joshua may be taking left overs of a washed up Wlad.

          No he won't

KLit is 40+ and will be coming off a 18 month layoff partly due to injuries and got embarrassed last time out

Furys still the man at the moment then Wilder and if Joshua beats Klit he's #3

I don't get how Joshua fans are so happy with him being handed everything

Take a title off the real champ pass it along to a nobody who And it gets in Anthony's possession and all of a sudden his fans become blind

AJ hasn't beat anyone worth a damn, he's beat 3rd & 4th tier fighters and if the Klit that fought Fury shows up that's isn't worth much either

Wilder's literally fought nobody. Aren't you handing him everything, just as you're accusing others of Joshua ?

Wilder beating a Povetkin, or Joshua beating a Klitschko, would separate these two. Until then, they are equal in my eyes - paper champions.

Fury is the champion unless he has legitimately stepped away from the sport. In that case, Klitschko would currently be the no.1 HW by default

Agree wth most of your post

But For me Wilder having beat Scott, Stiverne, Arreola, Spilzka eclipses Joshua's resume of Whyte, Martin , Breazeale & Molina

Not saying Wilders resume is earth shattering but it Sh.its all over Joshua's and the more I think about right now to me Fury#1 ( through accomplishments and resume ) Wilders #2 ( Mostly eye test /some part resume and hype ) Joshua number 3 ( eye test /hype ) Klit #4 ( previous accomplishments / suspect last outing ) and Ortiz #5 ( Eye Test / Resume / Hype ) so Id place Joshua over Wilder at #2 if he beats Klit and Wikder doesn't beat someone of substance ( 5-8 range ) By the summer

But right now Wilder is above Joshua, he beat a better fighter to get his belt and he has a better resume

Joshua literally got handed a belt there's no need to give him the #1 spot for beating Klit something Fury did with ease 18 months prior and for me at least left big question marks about what Klit has left

I don't agree though with Klit being #2. He's old been inactive and plagued by injuries lately plus his last fight left many questions he's #4 for me

He will have the best resume in the division, not counting Wlad and assuming that Fury never fights again, so I'd say yes.

However, the moment Tyson Montana comes back he's automatically the king of that division again. Anybody who says otherwise is full of ****.

He beat the man when the man was still the man.

A win over that old mummy should not put him over Wilder.
Wilder isn't even top 3 HW at the moment.

A boring UD over old Wlad isn't enough.

But if he knocks out Wlad I'll put him at #1.

I think it could be a big If. Wlad isn't coming into this to lose and was champion for nearly ten years. Maybe too early for Joshua. If he does win, though, my hat's off.
