How hard does Beterbiev hit? Is his power unique to you from the mitts? Like is it something you've rarely felt before or can you not really tell from the mitts?

And finally does Beterbiev do any sort of unique training techniques you can share with us? Anything you've not seen before which he does to work on power?

VERY SOLID power but to be truthful, EVERYONE pretty much hits hard on the mitts...and I have a little technique i use to kind of soften the blows on my hands so I dont feel the full brunt of it. But guys who spar with him DEFINITELY let me know he is unusual.

He has a Russian trainer who works with him, using old school Russian methods. Very interesting stuff. Sometimes on Instagram, Artur posts video of stuff he does.
