What does Jermell need to do to get where his bro is?

Just 2 years ago, it was Jermell as the Charlo to keep an eye out on. He had the better resume at the time with wins over Gabriel Rosado and Demetrius Hopkins. He was on his way to fighting Andrade for the WBO but those plans were scrapped.

Fast forward 2 years later and it is now Jermall with the better resume (Jermell's isn't bad. Since, he's beaten Vanes and John Jackson.)

But Jermell was in a close fight with Vanes and was losing on all the scorecards to Jackson until he knocked him out in 7.

I think he needs to take a fight with Andrade or if he fights his mandatory in Charles Hatley he needs to beat him how his brother beat Williams.

He would have to beat Andrade really, Lara would also work but they won't fight. If Lubin or Hurd make a credibility jump he could defeat on of them and be in a similar place.
