You clearly don't like Canelo. I don't know what you have against him that you would say he is trying to get a fight with a featherweight champion. He just won a title at 154 and looked great doing it. He is a hell of a fighter and has long been a favorite of mine. He has wins over a prime Trout and a prime Lara and a still very good Cotto. He sure doesn't need or desire to fight soft touches.

Even a Canelo hate thread ends up turning into a GGG hate thread. It hard work for me to be a loyal fan of both Canelo and GGG. It's always an uphill battle on this board. Still they remain my favorites along with Spence and Kovalev. To the best of my knowledge GGG is trying to fight Jacobs, not Pacquiao. None of my favorite fighters have ever done anything to make me think less of them.

He barely inched trout, couldn't hurt a damaged cotto and he didn't beat Lara that was Oscar paying off judges

Ward offered Rohan Murdock and zac Dunn fights, Murdock accepted but the body refused to sanction it due to the skill difference between the 2, I wouldn't be taking high moral ground for ward

Canelo has committed one of the biggest ducks in boxing history, thats enough reason.
