yup!! Ward had to move up and fight kovalov but not the guy who said he knocked kovalov tfo during sparring and it was easy... So damn easy he should have no problem doing it again. i like eroll spence alot as a young contender but he hasnt beaten anybody of note to suggest hes just going to walk through all the guys around his weight class as many fight fans seem to think...

If anything he needs to beat somebody rated in the top 10 in his own weight class to suggest hes ready for a fighter the caliber of a crawford...

Tc's right...he should be chasing manny pacquiao for the $$$(probably fight at 143 or so) or other title holders in his own weight class until hes ready to make the jump up in weight...

Lets just revisit a few things:

1) Roach said AFTER POSTOL that he didn't wan't Crawford straight away, he wanted a tune-up fight for Pac (which has now happened), and then he would talk about Crawford.

2) post Cuellar, he stated clearly that (a) Pac wants to fight the best and (b) that he felt 140 would be Pacs best weight as he would be faster and hit harder. He didn't dismiss Crawford as an opponent at all, quite the opposite.

Sounded to me like Roach is quite happy with Pac v Crawford at 140 right now.

Pac typically weighs in at around 144 for 147 fights, Roach knows 140 is no problem, and as he just stated, prefers 140.

It wouldn't be wise to jump up to 160. Brook is on medical leave because of it. I see Spence going to 154 in 2 or 3 years. By the time he reaches 160, GGG will be long gone or would be a journeyman.

My point had nothing to do with race! Pacquiao is a WW champion, but no one asked him about facing Errol Spence Jr., but Crawford, the Jr. WW champ, is asked about facing him? Why? Why not ask the WW champion about facing Errol Spence Jr.

Errol spence name was thrown out there for a reason, he's a fighter obviously too big for his division claim he's ducked but fails to move up and challenge himself; Max used Spence name to subtly slight TC as visibly you can see he's a future jmw hiding at 140 draining and cherry picking; he bigger than Manny but want Manny to come down 7 pounds; the punk made shyt with TC is disgusting

Crawford is the Champ @ 140. Pacquiao is the champ @ 147. Errol Spence Jr. is a contender @ 147. Why didn't he ask Pacquiao about facing Errol Spence Jr.? They want Pacquiao to fight Loma and Broner, but TC should fight Errol Spence Jr.? WTF!!!
