Well no, if he fought Wilder and beat him, i'd have it down as an excellent win, same as Fury or Wlad. Lay off's and age aside, they are top fighters and any win over them should be classed as a good win.

I'll give credit where it's due but the truth is that he hasn't really fought any real competition yet. I give him credit for doing what he was supposed to do, but lets not make it into something it's not.

Joshua certainly had a Tyson like effect on Molina, he fought like his loved ones were being held hostage.

Molina fought decent opposition but has always fallen short bar old Adamek.

Tyson made world class guys like Spinks who is a hall of fame fighter, totally melt in fear.

There is an issue that comes with that if Joshua gets used to guys fighting scared when a guy actually stands up and really fights back that fear factor thing works against him because Joshua will start to think what is different about this guy.

I'd say Wilder/AJ/GGG are all within the same class in this respect. Neither has had KOs that transcend the sport, or KOs over top tier competition.

Joshua. Tyson is not even remotely close, he looks more beatable than Carlos Baldomir compared to Joshua.

I like Joshua but he doesn't have anything near the aura of invincibility that Tyson had. Anyone one who's followed boxing since the mid to late 1980's would know that.
