How boxers dress during press-conferences/tours?

I've noticed drastic differences in the way some boxers dress for their press-conferences, and press tours,etc.

Even the same boxer, will dress drastically different between one conference to the next.

Some boxers seem to be suits er'day regarding press tour date interviews; while others wear a nice three-piece suit to one, the next they'll dress down and usually have on some running shoes with a pair of sweat-trainers, and usually a t-shirt representing "their brand" shirt... or some days just some jeans/khakis and a nice button-up shirt.

Are they asked by the promoters to dress a certain way?

Or is it just completely random, and no rhyme, nor reason to why this is?
