I'm kind of with you. In a title fight I always want to see the champion get the nod, not the other way around. Granted it wasn't a robbery or anything but it definitely very close.

Honestly, I think 140 may be the correct weight for Ricky. Remember Floyd has never fought a big, natural welter, either.

Just looked and it seems over half of Collazo's fights he actually weighed over 147, and some at 154. Being a naturally big welter, and a pretty slick southpaw, I think Ricky passed a tough test. But I think Hatton should stay at 140. I think that's his weight. He's moving up to make the fight with Floyd, but Floyd isn't a natural welter. He should stay with 140 until it's time to fight Floyd- not beat himself to pieces trying to match strength with bigger guys until it's time for Floyd. He just doesn't need to do it.

The only thing that makes people think that Hatton was in the fight (won) was because he was aggressive and was folowing Collazo all the time. Collazo was landing the cleaner shots and HE WAS controlling Hatton's usual style. He was missing.

Plus, HBO's commentary job tonight was biased. They were kissing Hatton's ass all night. Hyping their future cashcow.

That is a good point about the fact that there isnt alot of lanky southpaws around that weight. I still think the transition for Hatton to welter is a big one.

Ok so I just read some posts here and apparently,Collazo was knocked down in the 1rst round but after that He did well..
But some of you guys are sayin that Collazo shoulda won despite him being knocked down..

So who's right and who's wrong?
Can anyone post this on youtube afterwards?
