If you search the following title: 'ANTHONY JOSHUA DUCKED JOSEPH PARKER?? NOT ACCORDING TO PARKER'S TEAM!!!' on YouTube you'll find that Parkers team came out and said It was actually them who chose the Ruiz fight over Joshua.

Wasn't sure if you were aware of the full story or not

My understanding of this dealio was that Parker v Joshua was lined up (80% there apparently..), but Hearn changed tact and gunned for Klitchko instead. Parker's team couldn't wait it out and play second fiddle any longer, so had to wave goodbye and move on to the Ruiz fight.

To be honest though, I never believe anything a promoter has to say. They're all liars.
