  • Comments Thread For: Jermall Charlo says Julian Williams match is Jones-Hopkins reprise

And when it comes to boxing, he's occasionally been compared to one of his idols longtime Detroit-based superstar Thomas Hearns. That fight ******. Toney-McCallum might be a better comparison if you're trying to sell the fight. B-Hop couldn't touch Roy the first time they fought.

B-hop comparison I can see, but most definitely not Jones. This will likely be a dull fight in terms of action because both guys will respect each other and their talents are not far from each other, so we'll see a technical "chess match" kind of fight.

Williams coming out party. Charlo is really good, but J-Rock is something else. I'd be surprised if Charlo makes it all 12. Fans are going to see why no one wants anything to do with Williams.

Er no, Charlo is not fit to tie Roy's laces, but yes J rock is taking over from where B bop left off.

I wish they would move to 160. They kept draining themselves out to have a size advantage at 154. They would be a great opponent for the likes of GGG.

Williams is not a bigger puncher than Charlo. I don't see that happening. It will go 12 witj Charlo getting a close decision.

                    Great Matchup

Jermall has the advantage on the outside

Julian Williams has the advantage at mid range/inside

I'm picking Charlo to retain his title by decision he'll control Williams with his jab 1-2's lead punches combinations
