well my original point was that he won 2 of his 3 belts from guys with double digit loses and 1 had 22 loses, which was willy Salazar. I made that comment when someone else said he's a 3 division champ as their sole argument as to why he should he in the hof. You replied by saying that Salido has a lot of loses as an example and I was merely proving that these guys that had double digit loses vs Tapia didn't have Salido like careers and he's an exception. Just like Robinson and the others you mentioned. Very few guys with that many loses historically are considered elite. As far as Tapia being top 10 pound for pound in the 90s, that may be a hard list to find but let me know if you do.
