I didn't believe Calzaghe could roll back the years, thought Calzaghe was DEAD at the weight, and was informed that Calzaghe had broken his hand in sparring.

I've said it elsewhere. I'll look for my past posts.

I remember you basically said Hatton might lose because Collazo is a southpaw and Ricky has trouble with soutpaws. Yet you hadnt actually seen Collazo fight at that point...so did you go away and watch any of his fights?

Hey Guys, just got back a little while ago...

I have to say, the fight was awesome. I dunno how it was on tv, but it was a very close and exciting fight where i was watching. I had a great view, center of the ring and could see all the acion perfectly, but was far away enough where i could see everything.
Although the arena was pretty empty for the most part, there was a buzz in the air, and alot of puerto rican fans came to cheer on Collazo and TONS of Brits were there to cheer on Hatton. The air was electric.

Although it was a very close fight, i had hatton winning by a slim margin. He definitly deserves the victory and controlled the pace of the fight for most of the rounds. However, in the 12 when Collazo landed that combo, i thought it was over. No doubt about it, Hatton was hurt. He took some punishment. If collazo had better conditioning and worked harder in the 9th 10th and 11th rounds e****ially, the fight could have been his.
Good fight, but i was unimpressed with Ricky in his USA debut.
