god how ******. oscar says the dumbest ****. oh yeah, and he doesnt *** around either.

kovalev may have won both fights, but he did not beat the **** out of ward like he did hopkins. god that fight was one sided. the ward fight was REALLY close, but, hey, the only way you can beat the judges is if they step in the right and lace up the gloves.

No Hopkins got his ass beat up every second of every round. He landed a few punches but lost every round! Ward was able to slow down Kovalev to the body. No one thought that Kovalev would actually slow down. If you would have said before the fight that someone would wear down the opponent with body punches, everyone would assume that it would be Kovalev doing that to Ward. Everyone assumed Ward would lose by KO. How did Hopkins do better again?

Hopkins, whose chin has been one of his greatest strengths throughout his Hall-of-Fame career, suffered a first-round knockdown against Kovalev, who won their bout by huge margins on all three scorecards at Boardwalk Hall (120-106, 120-107, 120-107).

honestly the hopkins-kovalev fight could have went either way. people dismiss hopkin's body work, hopkins did better after getting knocked down, and hopkins didn't get ko'd.
