Not a good attitude to have. If it was a clear robbery, this type of bitterness would be understandable but it is not. It is a fight that slipped through his fingers and he should be looking at how that happened.

Fact of the matter is he stopped winning rounds. If he had more dimensions to his game, he could have disrupted Ward enough to steal a crucial round mid to late game.

Krusher sure is a sore loser. Look at both their faces after the final bell. Ward looked confident and Kov knew he lost. But hey, why be a man and accept that Ward was the better fighter that night, when you can cry and whine? Kov is still ducking Superman anyway! Stevenson would ko Kov, but Ward is much smaller. Which is worse, getting ko'd by someone your own size or losing to a much smaller opponent? Kov chose the second choice. Instead of crying, he should be trying to learn how to fight on the inside. Whenever they got close Ward would unload on Kov's body and Kov would just try and hold Ward and hug him, leaning on Ward trying to wear him out. Except it backfired because Ward nailed his body over and over, and Kov was falling down from exhaustion by the end of the fight. If Kov would work on his inside game, he could be a top fighter some day. The world wants to see Ward-Stevenson now. I gotta lean towards Ward winning, but wouldn't be shocked if Superman won.

The one Russian on the undercard that beat Chilemba looked far more impressive than Krusher did. Maybe he could fight Kovalev where the winner will be relevant. Maybe even earn a fight with the Ward-Stevenson winner.

Ward lost the first two rounds (after giving up the knockdown), righted the fight over the next couple rounds, and then proceeded to put forward a performance that would've given him the rightful case that he outboxed Kovalev from the 5th round on.

The fact that all of the judges, though they got their differently, all seemed to actually scored the fight the way it ended up playing out was a pleasant surprise to Ward.

On every card, Ward won the fight 7 rounds to 5, and he did that after the rough start.

If you call excessive clinching as "out-boxing" some one, then good luck to you.

Sergey was the one who was out-boxing Ward over the first 3 and Ward couldn't compete so he started his clinch game for the next 9 rounds while the ref just let him get on with it.

After the final bell, Ward is smiling, laughing looking like he won. Krusher wasn't celebrating, he had a rather serious, face like he knew he lost. Go ahead and watch it! There really is no denying that. Ward smiling and laughing while Kov's got a frown. Kov knew that everytime he stared in awe of Ward moving his right hand in circles and got nailed in the face for it, well, that would explain why Ward was smling, looking confident.

When Ward spun his right hand Kov wacked him with the jab and wobbled him. so you're definitely watching a different fight to the one I watched.

Don't get how people gave the second to Kovalev. Ward got up from a knockdown and fought back like a champ. No-one has ever done that with Kovalev before, it was inspirational, he needs to get more credit for the resolve, grit and bravery he showed in that round. So I gave the second to Ward too, but it was close.

If that fight was anywhere else in the world, Kovalev would have won widely. The world has been witnessed that home-decision / robbery.

Ward best weapons were : 1) headbutting, 2) clinching 3) slapping punch just after clinches.

Ward always try to disrupt the pace of a fight and try to come close to clinch and slap with his palm (like women fight...)

Hope Kov will totally destroy that ****ing diva in the rematch
