How in the fuc is that the problem of loyal boxing fans? It sounds like a problem MMA fighters have to deal with. Good luck with that. You think so little of pro boxers and so much of MMA fighters that you picked Conor to easily KO all time great boxer Pacquiao in a boxing match. Maybe you should spend full time on the MMA boards since you think MMA fighters can beat the best boxers at boxing. You seem to have no respect for the skills of champion boxers and vastly overrate the boxing skills of Conor. I am rooting for Conor to get a boxing match with any world class welterweight champion boxer. I believe Conor will get beat so easily that guys like you will never again say an MMA fighter can beat a champion boxer his weight under boxing rules. I am a big fan of Conor. He is the best in the world at what he does which is MMA type fighting, not boxing.

I like Conor, he's entertaining and actually has the balls to step in to the boxing ring to compete. If it happens I'll watch, if not then whatever, I already know how it ends

        My logic.

Conner defeats all his opponents using subtle boxing techniques like slipping punches and pinpoint accuracy. So if you are a boxing fan by default you should like connor??? ya, it works.

You gotta be kidding, boxing don't need what's his name? Pacquia will put that boy in a coma!!! In less than six years you will see what really happens to these UFC fighters. I see them in the gym everyday, and i truly feel sorry for them. They are being exploited. When there career is over their health will be so decimated...truly sad.

He will knock Pacquiao out, he weighs 170 walking around, hits like a mack truck, awkward, long rich, good chin, just stop dude, Pac is a washed up slow no more killer instinct part time fighter.

I couldn't have said it better myself! And why does this poor girls troubles mean we have to root for Conor? Conor is doing way better than most of the fighters in the UFC and he's even seeming like he's planning on strong arming them with this whole boxing ordeal. Conor would get blasted by any top 20 pro boxer but he's basically trying to tell the UFC that he is so big that he doesn't need them anymore to make it, which is a mistake.

Boxing fans should want the best for all fighters period. They put their lives on the line for our entertainment and we should respect them for it.

UFC is notorious for underpaying their fighter,s and they use conor to sell fights, Conor pretends to make 20 million a year when he is not, he rents his condos, cars, coats etc.

His real payment is like 200k to show, and a win bonus of 200k, and f of the night which gives like an extra 50k.

We dont know his ppv percentage, but I doubt he gets a huge cut.

UFC doesnt let fighters hae sponsors anymore, since the reebok deal. UFC fighters would make big money from sponsorship now not anymore. Boxing allows individuals to have sponsorship deals.

Read this instagram post by a female UFC fighter she was a star on the TUF show won and now is selling her Harley she won on the show because she can barely make ends meet and doesn't have enough money in the bank, UFc doesnt allow fighters to hae sponsors with the reebok deal,

If anyone is interested, I am selling my 2015 Harley Breakout that I won on The Ultimate Fighter 20 "A Champion Will be Crowned". Brand new (bc of my shoulder surgery), purchase price was $19,799. Going with highest bid OBO. It's very unfortunate that I am selling this bike not because I want to, but because I HAVE to in order to make ends meet. After having a year off from shoulder surgery (injury obtained at UFC 185), taking a short notice fight, and then 8 months since that fight, I literally have enough in my bank account to pay for 2 more months of bills. I need to fight and have been asking for a fight for so long, multiple times a week. I know I can make my run again but I also know that after being off for so long that I'm not ready to fight a title contention fight right away and all I'm being offered is the #1 contender (whom I've accepted and been scheduled to fight 2x in the past). I'm 100% down for that fight. I just asked for just one non-title contention fight with an actual camp after having so much time off from injury and the result is being benched for 8 months and still no word of a fight, not even a whisper. I'm at a loss of what to do. When I make my run, my intention is to WIN not because I'm being forced to when I'm not ready. Just frustrated and sad if anyone is interested in buying my Harley or knows someone that might please contact me at carlakristen1010@gmail.com

the majority of these ufc fighters are more famous than boxers in America, yet many of them are homeless or have to live check by check to make ends meet, Conor going to Boxing would shake things up, it will expose UFc and Boxing will again rise, if conor wins a belt and defends it in boxing it will show more attention to the sport.
                  ^^^lol, look at this guy.

Outside of McGregor, who under the UFC banner actually draws anything?

Bisping in the UK, GSP in Montreal, Anderson Silva/Big Nog in Brazil, and that's basically it; in every other market, the UFC flags the company name, puts random fights under the bill, and draws because folks want to see "UFC".

Say what you want about boxing, but over 50k people came out (over 45k paying money) to see Saul "Canelo" Alvarez fight, Terrence Crawford sells out his 13k-seat venue in Omaha, Andre Ward puts over 10k people into his building in Oakland, Deontay Wilder draws over 10k people out to his fights in Birmingham, Jose Ramirez sells out the 13-k seat SaveMart Center in Fresno, etc. Don't play yourself.

McGregor's hands aren't good enough to do **** in boxing, let alone fight at world title-level.

McGregor simply need to hope against hope that this bluff works; the UFC is concerned enough with him leaving and getting his **** pushed in that, rather than giving his "ownership in the company", they decide to give McGregor a stake in his fight promotions (with the UFC and McGregor splitting up the money off of McGregor's fight among themselves, after covering the costs to put on the event).
