Just skip ahead to around the 11:45 mark on this video, and look at what the fighter [Peter] is seeing as he lays on the canvas and looks up.
It's a video of a bunch of stars spinning. I guess it supposed to be funny because you know how they say you "see stars" when you get KTFO.
I laughed pretty hard when I saw it because they got it on a big screen, and it doesn't serve any purpose other than to show it to the guy thats laying on the canvas.
I guess you got to have a sense of humor about getting KO'ed.
