PHILADELPHIA--Super featherweight contender Tevin "American Idol" Farmer is set to put an exclamation point on a breakout 2016 campaign. The resurgent Philly-proud boxer will fight for the fourth time on the year, the latest coming versus Dardan Zenunaj in a 10-round bout Friday evenin at 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Both boxers made weight for the evening's headlining bout. Farmer (23-4-1, 5KOs) tipped the scales at a finely-tuned 129.1 lbs. The visiting Zenunaj - born in Kosovo and based in Belgium before relocating to Los Angeles - checked in at 128.3 lbs.
