I think your wrong a lot of people bought into the shoulder excuse which will prob make a May/PAC fight 2nd highest buys and gross fight in history,we all saw canelo get schooled for 12 rounds, doesn't have that same luster even though canelo has gotten better since then

Canelo vs. Khan outsold Pacquiao vs. Bradley III, Pacquiao vs. Vargas, and GGG vs. Lemieux. Canelo is the guy right now! Canelo can use the excuse that he was young and drained @ 152! The Mexican fan base will eat it up!

What about Canelo's youth and the 152 catch-weight! I think that's more legit than Manny's shoulder!

He won title at 150 cw, fight before mayweather he weighed in 153 plus age which makes it much easier to cut weight even coming in at 154 or being older wouldn't of changed schooling

Abel finally says something that does makes sense ha!
I can see money may facing the winner and then facing either Canelo or Pacman after that.
Regardless of who he fights it will be huge money between Canelo, Pacman, Thurman or Garcia they are all winnable fights that will generate BIG Loot!

Both are notable names in boxing right now but combined they don't bring enough people to the table to buy ppv's and Floyd is about the money so I doubt it happens.

Damn It THE MAN IS RETIRED can we move on? Honestly I would much rather see the winner of Thurman vs Garcia fight Pacquiao who is not retired and is still active!

Pacquiao or McGregor..... nobody else would make him 100mil

I doubt that he will come back for Pac..... maybe, but I doubt it.

I am sure he would take the McGregor fight in a heartbeat

                  * an easy win, his inactivity will be less of an issue

                  * easy to sell to MMA/casual fans, especially with a few marketing tricks..... fight in an octagon, with 4oz gloves, etc

                  * would kick the door WIDE OPEN for Mayweather to start promoting MMA fighters, like he has continually mentioned

I think Mayweather actually wants that McGregor fight.

Ponomorev is 31 fights in and still on untelevised portions of cards? He was supposed to be Spence's eliminator but didn't step up. If he doesn't have what it takes to face contenders after 31 pro fights he's not gonna get it
