I'm guessing $$$ has a lot to do with it... Perhaps Frampton negotiated a couple of non American judges ???

But I think that maybe Frampton might have negotiated Belfast to be the location of a potential rubber match should Santa Cruz wins ??? I guess a fight in England would be the equivalent to Las Vegas if California & Ireland are off limits, that's a Possibility also...

Think about it, New York was the location of the first fight... Las Vegas is about as close to Santa Cruz's backyard as could reasonably be expected... So it would stand to reason that Frampton would use The Leverage he's got to secure the location of the potential rubber match... That's about the only way I would agree to face Santa Cruz in Las Vegas if I were standing in Frampton's shoes.... We shall see ???
