    The kickoff press conference took place in Belfast, Ireland to officially announce the rematch between undefeated featherweight world champion Carl "The Jackal" Frampton (23-0, 14 KOs) and former three-division world champion Leo "El Terremoto" Santa Cruz (32-1-1, 18 KOs) - who will meet again in a world title rematch that headlines a Premier Boxing Champions event Saturday, Jan. 28 live on SHOWTIME from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
