To be fair. Ward didnt have anything to do with the results. hes just a fighter /beneficiary of the gift.

If Kovie doesn't like it go fight in Russia or some other drab dreary dictator dump. As for Ward who cares?? No one in America.
Harsh, but let me put it another way. I had the greatest respect for Ward after the super 6, he won that in style, no question.

He got gifted a W against Kovalev, and I didn't rush to blame Ward for that, not his fault what the judges do.

But where I have lost all respect for Ward has been the way he has managed the gift he was given. He doesn't have to come out and say he thinks he lost, not even close, just concede that it wasn't conclusive, there is unfinished business, and that he wants a conclusive win so all the doubt is gone.

Instead we get this BS from Ward about Kovalev needing to understand that Ward is now in the driving seat regarding terms for the rematch etc etc. First one Ward got US soil, US judges, more money, its hardly like Kovalev made him bend over and take one. Yet he seems to be saying that's his intention in the rematch discussions, that Kovalev needs to start thinkign about touching his toes.

From respect, to lack or respect, to disgust. Good job Andre, keep it up !

I will say once again If Ward has any balls now as the champion he will do what Kovalev did and travel to the challengers home country and defend 'his' titles, let us see some sporting integrity, let us see how good Ward fans really are will they travel to Russia?
Probably not because I doubt Russia lets petty criminals and thugs into their country that and the government won't pay for their plane ticket over to Russia lol

Last time I checked Kovalev's home country is the US. He fights, he trains and lives in the US. Has fought in Vegas more times than Ward. If these Russians or any other foreign fighter have a problem fighting in the US than they should stay in their birth country and make their career there.
