J Rock couldn't stop Joey Hernandez last year but is supposed stop Charlo?

To be fair that was a 10 rounder, he also dropped and really punished Hernandez that fight too. I don't think Charlo is used to getting hit that much, I think Williams will shock him.

I went back and looked at some tape of J Rock... I just wasn't impressed. I feel he's really lacking in power and his boxing ability was ok

Overall, nothing really stood out to me as him being the truth

But then again, I didn't become fully sold on Spence until after the Algeri fight... So maybe I'm missing something with J Rock; I just don't see it yet

What fight did you watch? Watch him face Hugo Centeno Jr. He totally and utterly outclasses a young undefeated Centeno and completely takes his jab away. It was beautiful.

Too skilled for Jermall... Will be competitve but williams has really honed his craft over the past few years/fights.. He really looks like a finished product while Jermall is much more raw. I personally think jermell would be a tougher fight for jrock

He really impressed that fight, he performed much better than Sulecki who is a solid MW himself.

Its a testament to Williams skill set that I actually think he will be trying to get inside Charlo's range and make it rough up close. He can do both. Win or lose he will be a top fighter imo.
