My main hope is that we get some worthwhile matches on the undercard. These big pantomime events are useful in producing funds for the smaller bouts, e.g. Concepcion-Yafai on Joshua's next undercard
That makes sense. Nice perspective, RE the smaller fights.

The main event just gives me a bad feeling inside, like the MTV "Bully Beat-down" show that was on in the states a few years back. Just a contrived mockery of sport with no purpose outside of drama and violence. David and Tony should do this under the WWE banner. Then, there might actually be a chance of a surprise ending.

This fight will have awesome buzz. They should stack the undercard.

Actually I think the Haye vs Harrison fight was a much bigger mismatch. Audely was well and truly beaten before he even got into the ring. At least Bellew has a punchers chance I guess...he's still getting put top sleep though.

Yeah agree, i can see it selling well. Both guys appeal to the casual market, with Haye being well know and Bellew becoming well known due to his trash talk.
I'm sure both guys (and SKY) will ramp it up in the build up.

Agree also about the Concepcion vs Yafai fight on the Joshua undercard. I'm looking forward to that one.

Yeah I like Yafai a lot. I consider him to be potentially one of the "real deal" British fighters like Frampton, Fury and Brook. His division is ridiculously stacked right now too

Haye is a vicious puncher and a dangerous opponent. His favorite punch seems to be an illegal overhand right to the back of the head or neck. Haye throws lots of rabbit punches in addition to his other hard punches.

                  how is it a mismatch?

Skysports, the premier source for British Boxing, says its a 50-50 fight. And they wouldnt say "genuine" if they didnt mean it.

"Tony Bellew's big domestic clash with David Haye is a genuine 50-50 fight that can be ..."

Can someone explain to me what's so bad about David Haye's haircut?

I mean I hate the guy as a boxing fan for all his bull****, but honestly, he's a good looking guy and I'm not sure what's so bad about his hair.

                      I agree.

Since the fight was announced, Ive posted on here about how the BBBoC should intervene and not grant a license to either fighter.
