    Footwork with Shawn Porter

Very interesting video I stumbled across on PBC's youtube page.

It's a look into the method behind Porter's footwork and style. His strength and conditioning coach breaks it down in great detail.

Very interesting. Interesting to see that his style of footwork is very intentional and they drill him in that inch-by-inch movement.
Shawn isn't the first guy I think of when I think Footwork, but he is a successful pro and has made it pretty far doing things the way he does.

Porter is one of the best athletes in boxing, he is freaking huge for a welterweight, i mean, he used to fight at 168 in the amateurs, he is fast, explosive, strong and powerful, but it seems to me like he has a good relationship with his dad and that's why he wouldn't achieve the things that he probably could, cause Kenny is an awful trainer when it comes to ring skills and generalship, good for toughness, determination and condition tho.
