I'd say they go in the order you listed them, highest to lowest, but I'd have the last 2 tied.

Ward is recognized as one of the highest level in the game and Kovalev's technical abilities are too often overlooked.

Canelo and Cotto are both technically more sound than people give them credit for.

Out of the 6 fighters, Frampton is 2nd behind Ward in terms of technical ability. However, Santa is 6th so it keeps that fight from being a clear #2 on the list for me.
