Loma's game is skill and no one has touched Frampton at that yet. Loma's little leans/weaves and angles changes are what Carl loves about boxing and will just be playing into his hands.

Not to mention Frampton is faster with probably more power despite being smaller. Also Carl's feet are crazy fast and his footwork is excellent.
