I think it would be a great fight. Mikey needs to be active or Lomachenko might just school him

The doubters on this thread look like a bunch of idiots now. Mikey ends Loma inside of six.

Mikey's footwork isn't as flashy but it's deadly efficient. Sort of like Joe Louis in a way.

And he can hurt Lomachenko. I don't think Loma has the power to hurt him back.

Yeah, I agree for all of Lomachenko's amateur accolades I still don't think it stacks of to Mikey's pro experience. Mikey is from a boxing family and was holding his own against a prime Pacquiao at 16. He actually broke one of Maidana 's ribs in sparring, I don't think Loma could deal with that type of power and precision.

Mikey has fought a lot of fighters who possess roughly the same fighting style if you think about it. Salido, Juanma, Martinez, Zlaticanin. Lomachenko is a totally different fighter than these dudes. Does he have the power to stop Lomachenko? I think so. But he will also have a harder time than usual landing his power shots.

Sadly, I doubt this fight will ever happen. Mikey has already talked about moving up to 140 and I'm not sure Top Rank would do business with him.

                  Very good fight with fireworks!

I think Lomachengo is good enough to see the final bell but Mikey will hurt him badly!

I see it being even till the 4th round where Mikey starts to land his precision shots and Loma tries to move while Mikey tends to go downstairs against guys who move a lot!

Tough match up for Loma, Mikey has speed, power, accuracy, solid jab, solid footwork, defensively responsible and well schooled!

I see Mikey winning a split decison even though he drops Loma but Loma comes back into the fight late as he adjusts!

                  Too bad it'll never happen!
