After watching this video, it seems Haye is the definition of a Fraud (in boxing):

erm, hes not a fraud in terms of boxing ability, but im not a fan of his really. I will say however that his cruiserweight achievements are heavily heavily overrated, the division was complete ****e when he was a cruiserweight. Hope bellew beats him but hes not going to.

For sure he's not a fraud, but clearly his accomplishments in boxing are overstated. I mean for real look at his HW resume.

2008, beat a 37yr old shot Monte Barret
2009, beat the freakishly big, but can't box for **** Nikolay Valuev
2010, beat a past prime, 38yr old John Ruiz & a had his prime in the amateurs 39yr old Audley Harrison
2011, lost an embarrassing fight with Wladimir Klitschko
2012, beat Derrick Chisora who'd lost 3 of his last 4 fights
2013, didn't fight
2014, didn't fight
2015, didn't fight
2016, beat two no hopers few had heard of

This isn't a HW resume worth getting as excited as people get for Haye. He's like a UK Deontay Wilder or **** you might properly say Deontay Wilder is the US David Haye as Haye has gotten more popular with a ****ty resume than Wilder has gotten.
