Kovalev-Ward Tenth Round Breakdown

I had this round even when viewing it live, but watching the replays there's absolutely no way to give it to Ward. Kovalev landed more punches and landed much better punches.

It's easy misjudge the fight live if the fans are clearly on the side of one guy - and that's what happened.

Very close round actually. Scored it Kovalev - but I think the reason the judges gave it for Ward is that Kovalev finished the round bleeding quite profusely from the nose and it looked like he had sustained some extra facial damage above the eyelid also. He looked a little busted up for the first time, whereas in reality Kovalev landed the better punches in the round...JUST.

Not a lot in the round again, but I have a feeling the judges scored for facial damage, which can sometimes happen.
