Lampley. He always reads like he's bought and sold, and I get that, but when Max has to remind you that the fight's not over, it's because you're truly fking up as a commentator. Along with nonsense like "one jab beats a whole round of good work", he acted like it was a robbery when he himself later said he wasn't keeping score.
He's just another who only saw one possible outcome after the 2nd and won't back down from that.

I do still respect him as a historian and a lover of the sport but he sounded like an ass and made a number of mistakes calling that fight.

I lost respect for John David Jackson. He didn't give any instructions in the corner. I know Kovalev has disrespected him in the past and I don't know what their relationship is but he's still the coach in the ring. There was some guy talking in Russian all the time and JDJ didn't say anything. JDJ was good in the BHOP fight but against Ward it's like he wasn't even there.

        This.

But what can you expect? he wants to be the new mayweather, make people hate him.

I'm afraid this is the case. He's not doing himself any favors trying to create this smug image of himself -- and he certainly doesn't win himself over new (real) fans.
