He may not be scared, but his actions aren't doing him any favours to prove otherwise, I also know who I'd rather see him fight and its not bellew, I also think Briggs has a lot more of a punchers chance than bellew, it can only come down to two things, bellew fight pays better, or hes taking the path of least resistance, my bet is its both. Shannon Briggs is more like Fred Sanford a joke and a clown

Junkman Shannon old gramps Briggs is mentally unsound and more of a joke than anything else. Shannon has done little in over a decade of humorous behavior bordering on idiotic or insane. Briggs is a joke but Haye is a younger joke. Briggs should go back to his junkman job and Haye seed needs to disappear. As for straw neck Bellow a clown is more suitable for the wafer thin stick. Briggs and Haye and Bellew are nothing but rectum gas blasted out of boxing rear end smelling the air and fouling soiling good underwear.
