Only way Walters loses is if he is weight drained, he had difficulty making weight his last fight.

The fight is at 130 and he should have moved up to 135, he walks around at 165 pounds.

If he makes weight comfortably he should win easy, if he doesnt win something came up, either the fix is in like Sadiqkingofko said or he couldnt make weight well, or he didnt follow the gameplan.
