Largely agree. There is a difference in saying Kovalev won vs Kovalev got robbed. Completely fair to say Kovalev won & I can 100% see how people had Kovalev winning. Hell I didn't officially score the fight, but I felt like Kovalev won. Kovalev got robbed is a whole other stance doe. And I just don't see that as 90%+ of the pundits & fans I've seen scorecards for have the fight within 2 points. Plus power punches landed which often defines how judges scored the fight in my experience were within 3 power punched landed in 10 of the 12 rounds. This was a f#cking closely contested battle of undefeated light heavyweights not a robbery. Go watch Erislandy Lara vs Paul Williams. Thats a mfing robbery.

We already knew the DKSAB crowd and their collective reaction was no surprise. They saw that KD and clutched onto the idea of victory like a kid with a lollipop. It got taken away by Ward and they cried.

Not to say that everyone who saw a Kov win is bad. It was close enough to be feasible, though the right man was awarded.
