I dont think they sway the judges in the way you guys think.
What I think what is happening and possibly can explain why cards vary so wide from time to time is this.
Theirs 3 judges and its a unavoidable situation/scenario where one judge will always be at a view disadvantage so they cannot tell for certain if a punch lands or not and this is where I think the fans sway that particular judge's mind to think or figure that a punch that kinda looked like it landed (but didnt) from his vewpoint and add in the fans going OHHHHHHHHHH he probably puts 2 and 2 together and figure it did land and scores it (even thought it didnt). At least this is what I am thinking what is going on in boxing more so than full on corruption.
and to those who will try to write this off as if this is just a way to dismiss ward victory, its not. This is just what I think is going on.
