yeah but the odds are very very wide, lomachenko is 1/6 on to win. Walters 11/2. Thats considerably wider than brook was v golovkin to put it in perspective

Brook hadn't a hope in hell of going the distance or winning a decision, I think this goes decision Loma, I'm not the betting type but I fancy it.

yeah thats what im saying, i dont see how walters can have less of a chance with the bookies than brook did. I Fancy lomachenko but a world class fighter and punchr like walters should never be counted out

Yeah, he's a cool dude. Crossing my fingers the fight this Saturday will be FOTY worthy, don't care who wins.

i can't see walter's being able to box on lomachenko's level. there aren;t a ton of guys in boxing who can right now.

the rub is walter's power. i doubt lomachenko has been hit with anything like that. he's been tested, but he hasn't been a pro for all that long and we don't know how he will handle a war.

walter's seems like a class guy. as is lomachenko. arum has a tough road ahead of him if he's trying to stir the pot with either of these guyts in the future. they just train and fight. what they need is a fanbase [usually an ethnic one,] that can stir the pot for them and promote the fights. unfortuntely a russian / ukraninan fanbase and a jamaican fanbase dont exist in america. at least not to any great degree.

Who is they? There are dozens of top 10 PFP lists by different well known groups or organizations and they are all different. Walters has been on my top 10 PFP list ever since he KOed top 10 PFP Donaire. No doubt a win over Loma will put Walters on many of the better known PFP lists. There is no one all mighty pound for pound list that carries more weight than any other PFP list. Ring, Boxrec, Boxing Scene, HBO, ESPN and many others all have their own PFP top 10 best lists.

For me that is "they" as in Ring Magazine.

Doesn't matter how hard you hit when you punch air. Walters is a great fighter and he shouldn't get hate, but we all know a certain demohraphic will give it to him.
