Comments Thread For: Lomachenko Motivated By Bob Arum's Comparison To A Young Ali

Vasyl Lomanchenko didn't dismiss Bob Arum's assessment of him as mere promotional propaganda. The highly skilled Ukrainian appreciates Arum's perspective because the Hall-of-Fame promoter has spent parts of six decades immersed in boxing. So when Arum said he hasn't seen a technician like Lomachenko since a young Muhammad Ali, whom Arum promoted, Lomachenko took the compliment as a demanding standard to which he must perform.

Just stay on his good side Loma. He said the same thing about Floyd until he left his ass. If Loma beats Walters convincingly he will rule this sport for the next decade. We will be in good hands.

Another guy that talks about the business.. Why not talk abour the sport? Yes, Mayweather was great and did a lot of money but we are talking about Lomachenko and the sport, not PPV ****.

We will see how good he is Saturday night. I anticipate it being a good fight that Loma takes control of in the middle rounds

Walters is a very dangerous fight for Loma and i feel alot of you guys here are really underestimating him. Yeah Loma is good, really good, but you guys are acting like he is the second coming of Jesus and it's ridiculous. He already lost to Salido, yeah say whatever you want, Salido was overweight, he fought dirty blah blah blah, if this Lonachenko guy was as good as he's hyped up to be, he would've STILL beat Salido. I'm saying it right now, if Walters wins i would not be suprised but the judges were probably paid off so Walters is gonna have to score a knock out or drop him a few times if he plans on walking away with his record intact.
