I wouldn't DQ him for that. They were both throwing at that moment, and his hand was no longer behind his head anymore.

Harold's assessment makes the most sense imo.

But I wouldn't be surprised if they DQ'd him. Ref seems to think it's the right call. Can't be too upset about that I guess.
