but thats scored for ward because you see ward posture he can still take more damage but kovalev DIDNT do more damage so clearly a Ward moment.

You can't see it from that angle, but ward landed a crippling body shot that nearly sent Kovalev down. The only thing that saved Kovalev from a knockdown was that he fell back on the ref.

He did that earlier in the fight and it worked as he stuck Kov with a nice shot. Kov was ready for it this time.

Ward needs to be a little more humble. I thought it was pure hate before, but he does have a smug attitude. He needs to fix that.

He did this stuff at least one time before and it worked. Kov also did this couple of rounds before and it also worked iirc. They were going against each other all night, toe for toe, punch for punch. Great fight, skill level, styles, drama, controversial decision – I haven't seen something like for that for a while.
