I had it 114-113 Ward.

Ward completely took over the later half of the fight and dominated kovalev in the championship rounds.

It was only close because of the knockdown and early rounds. By the end of the fight Ward had Kovalev completely figured out and broken down with body shots.

I can see 114-113 Ward, but there's no way you can say he took over and dominated. The rounds were razor close all the way to the finish. That's not 'taking over', by any stretch of the imagination.

I re-watched Kovalev-Ward and still had Kov winning by 116-111 (I can see 115-112 at the closest).
