I think he definately is. Shannon Briggs is known for his knockout power, for his first round knockouts.
He might be behind the likes of Peter, Rahman, Brewster and Klitschko, but he still is very strong compared to other heavyweight boxers who are active today.

sometimes when I find myself attracted to a particular poster I have e very tough timing letting my words flow...I think my studdering/blabbering above is a perfect example of what Im talking about.

****-in-a...I almost forgot Mr. Shannon Briggs-Shannon is one of those types of fighters that has awesome power but it is ONLY on display against subpar competition-if Shannon fights a C level fighter look for some serious fireworks.

If Shannon fights a good B level fighter dont expect much of a show because 9 times out of 10 it isnt coming...Shannon is not an elite level fighter therfore his power simply doesnt translate on the elite level.
