My scorecard had him the winner, as did 3 judges so no, I don't think it's too much for him to answer questions honestly and unapologetically.
He doesn't need to bend over because a bunch of casuals are calling it a robbery.
Roy Jones, Lederman and Rafeal all were ringside and said Kovalev won. I trust those 3 way more than those 3 judges. I mean to have Ward winning 114-113 he would have had to have won 7 rounds to 5 and I just don't think that happened.

nah, he didn't..... you are getting the official score mixed up with wishes, hopes, and dreams

Then again, he also said in the post-fighter interview he had never been knocked down before (which was a lie lol).

So much for being a, "son of god".
Just curious, which 7 rounds did you score for Ward?

The best part is, all these Ward fans who claim he won, if they have a lick of boxing knowledge, they know deep down Kovalev worked Ward over.

Worse yet, Ward knows it. And that's why he will refuse to fight anywhere but the US. Will demand all American Refs.

Ward isn't p4p, he is a paper champion who win because of anti-Russian feeling, period.

          AHAHAHHHAH

Have a little humility Ward; even you thought you lost the damn fight, now you have been lying through your teeth since.

First time you've been knocked down? Lie. Your fight against Boone is on youtube for the world to see; including that infamous KD.
Weren't surprised that you won? Lie. Once again your reaction is on youtube for the world to see.
Kovalev didn't hurt you? Lie. You were suffering in the corner after that second round and your face showed plenty of pain.
Wasn't the biggest puncher? Lie. His jab alone was hitting you like a sledgehammer.
Wasn't the biggest challenge? Considering the controversy right now and the fact that many are saying you lost I'm gonna go ahead and say that's a lie also. Try not to forget the beating you were taking early on.

I never said its unreasonable to have Kovalev winning that fight. I respect that. It's the people who are outraged and calling it a "robbery" that are acting like casuals, IMO. Though most of the names I respect are calling it for Ward, there's a few good ones who saw it for Kovalev and I didn't see a single one of them claim it wasn't close or that Andre couldn't have won. So, depending where you stand, we might not actually disagree so much.

I trust Jim and Max to sell an HBO approved narrative and that's about it. I never expected them to push the guy whose contact just ended over the one who is their #2 guy.

Roy is a wild card. I respect his insights but his predictions are sketchy and judging inexplicable at times. I do love Roy, I just rarely defer to him for anything but combat insights, which he's fantastic at. Second only to Atlas, IMO (who has the same prediction and judging issues as Roy).

I predicted a clear shut out on your part with a masterful performance on tab against the Ruskie boogeyman!

But it didn't happen that way, you were in pain and at times looking to survive! Kov was outboxing you from the outside which I didn't at first think would be possible!

Kov is an excellent fighter and would trouble many guys with his technical approach plus firepower and IQ! He proved he was elite in this fight and can hang with the best!

I'm sorry, big fan of both guys but IMO I saw Kov keeping his titles! Great fight an looking forward to rematch.
Exactly what I saw, ward didnt take it from the champion people forget Kovalev is teh champion and not ward and imo also ward didnt take it from kovalev.
