The fight was close af, if you consider that fight a beating on either side or a robbery, you are just a biased fanboy or a hater, every single decent analyst in boxing knows that the fight could have gone either way, i had it 114-113 for Ward and before someone calls me a fanboy, i have said plenty of times that i consider Ward a boring fighter but i respect his skillset, it was close and it isn't like if the fight was scored 120-108, it was 114-113 for all the judges, the fights are scored round by round and sometimes the fighter that you considered the winner overall, could have lost on your card round by round.
Stop with the crying, that's what happens when you put two top fighters in their primes, the fight would be close unless a fighter is a lot better than the other and that didn't happen.

With whole respect my friend i think close fights can be a robbery,got some sleep and i think it was not in this case ,all close rounds just went to Ward(challanger)is it fair idk,in Russia Kovalev would won ,just boxing things

i had it 8-4 for kovalev the first time around. i just watch it again and had it 7-5 for kovalev too, 115-112. with a KD, this fight wasn't as close as many are saying, robbery? yes especially with those scorecards.

This is the Mayweather effect. People hate a dominant fighter who isn't a slugger, and they try to use wishful thinking to defeat him. I did it before too when I was a casual. Sorry kids, the power of imagination has it's limits. If you has Kovalev winning, that's not beyond reason. If you call it a robbery, you're exposing yourself.

No matter how well he did, they criticized SOMETHING. He beats Ortiz, it was only a sucker punch. He beats Cotto, well... Cotto made him bleed and exposed him. He schools Canelo, but he's a wife beater doe. He beats Pac, well Pac was robbed and hurt.

Before this fight the trolls were all swarming, heckling about injuries, headbuts, the ref, boring, America, etc, etc. No matter what happened, there would be complaints from these turds. If Ward KO'd Kov in the 12th, you guys would say, Kovalev would have KO'd Ward earlier but Robery Byrd did a terrible job.

No matter what heights Ward excels to, there will be people trying to deny him of it, just like Floyd (and I'm not even a Floyd fan). You know you're damn good when a legion of haters follow you around, wishing you ill will.

I meant fights in which you can seriously use it,like this one,i can make argument that Kova won,and protect it.In Floyd fights not realy.

Ortiz-Floyd is good topic doe,i think Ortiz had some idea for this fight and it was getting interesting before KO ,i have no idea how it would go.Cotto fight was good 8-4 Floyd ,7-5 being generous to Cotto.

Imo Ward is good fighter but he is no Floyd,he got shut at outside here,he cant box well outside and lacks right hand,imo rematch will be very good cuse Kovalev know that Ward cant hurt him.
