Trust me, England is starting to become a very rough place to live now. The rest of the world has this perception of us been tea drinking charmin' bastards, it aint like that buddy..if only you knew, it's quite the opposite in fact..i can imagine what it's like in an American prison but an English one would be just as bad mate
EDIT - But maybe with less bummin'Comment

Prison life might be easier in the UK, but it is obvious that in the UK they are much tougher on celebrities. 15 months is a very tough sentence, they came down very hard on him, if he was a celebrity in America he would have been aquitted for something like that. Or at least he would not have been sentenced to anywhere near anything like that. He probably would have ended up doing some community service, teaching boxing to youths and doing a couple of speeches in schools about the dangers of reckless driving.Comment

Prison life in the UK is practically equal to that of the US, I don't understand why Americans still hold the stereotype that England is "posh", it's 90% chavs and they are worse than most American kids.
Oh and any British people will tell you that Northern Ireland (where I live) is probably worse than America for crime.Comment

Yeah, I will take back my comment about prison life being easier in the UK. I just said it because I thought for some reason that the people who had said it previously on this thread were from the UK, my mistake. I still say that they must sentence a lot harder on celebrities in the UK, which is good if they're not showing favouratism.Comment
