On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate the entertainment value of Kovalev vs Ward?

I pretty much agree with this...although i think kovalev was also to blame with his excessive clinching. It was like the inside was this mythical place that he darecnot go.

Yeah tit for tat at that point he wanted to show Ward he was the stronger man in the clinch not sure I wanted to watch that or anyone else wanted to watch it would have rather seen Byrd jump in ASAP stop it.

7, a chess match with some drama. The energy created from the KD only lasted til the 7th for me. I wouldn't re-watch it, a bit too much clinching. I'm not sure what's worse: counter-punchers staring at each other (Rigo/Donaire) or excessive clinching/holding/wrestling. It wasn't necessarily a clinch-fest, but it was definitely noticeable.
