The judges got it right. I had Ward up by 1 more point then them.
He worked his jab (especially to the body), and the body punches wore down the bigger fighter.

Yeah, that's because Ward won the entire second half of the fight (yes including round 10).

I had similar to you though I gave Kovalev the 4th because, even though it was super-close, I was siding with the champ whenever it was too close to call.
Still had Ward winning. Kovalev dropped off and after seeing Ward get KD'd, people refused to believe he could ever come back to win. Hopefully it's a lesson served about observing the action, not the emotion.

Just re-watched the fight and scored it without Max A$$ and the rest of the HBO Crew (minus Roy Jones JR ) running their yaps. Had to watch rounds 7 and 11 twice because they were just too close to call and camera angles were really bad during Andre's mugging stunts.

My final scores are 116-112 for Kovalev. Had him winning rounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, and 11. Definitely a home cooked decision! Good job judges for embarrassing the USA. Now we fit in with the UK and Germany for protecting our fighters. Guess we can't really cry when they rob our fighters over seas!
