holding and hitting is illegal. are you also giving ward credit for all those lowblows? illegal punches don't matter they still count right but you aren't biased. you just like boxing.

I'm actually shocked that we're still talking about this fight, one that very clearly could have gone either way. I understand if it's one of those close ones where you can strongly make a case for why one particular fighter should have gotten it instead but that wasn't Ward-Kovalev. No amount of crying is gonna change the actual footage.

Also, my response to the bold is that Kovalev did more of the holding throughout the fight, especially in the first half, his holding doesn't take away from Ward's work on the inside.
