Those same punches managed to slow Kovalev down considerably, you can't be serious here. And it was Kovalev doing more of the holding to avoid it.

there is no may have been hurt. you don't double over after being hit in the body if you aren't hurt. this is the only way people have ward winning. they just try to mold things into their own reality. kovalev hurts ward well maybe he was hurt maybe he was, i need an excuse to give a close roudn to the guy who got hurt instead of hte guy doing the hurting.

you do realize that if clinching was truly illegal Muhammad Ali would've been disqualified vs Foreman and Frazier 2..along with other fights. Ali was the clinch god. . let's not get into Wladimir. clinching is a tactic, only illegal if the ref says so. for example Joe Cortez completely shut down all inside fighting during Mayweather/Hatton and Tony Weeks allowed every rule to be bended or broken during Mayweather/Maidana 1.. so the rules are whatever the ref says it is.
