Kovalev is basically missing w/ the right hand, and then ward ties up and lands the better shots inside

I have it 4-4, but honestly Ward could have won another round or two.

The reason Kovalev gets on his neck is because Ward is coming in low since he is bending down from the waist. You ****ing idiot.

I could already see a demand for a rematch.

I missed the new Lederman card at start of this round. Round 9 begins, back and forth with jabs so far.

Jones - "Ward is now comfortable so it's a dangerous point for Kovalev"

Ward roughing him up on the inside.

Jones - "Kovalev looks like he's starting to weaken a bit. Body shots are taking a bit out of him"

Kovalev's punches losing a bit of snap on them. Looking a little slower.

Ward's punches are getting snappier. Definitely momentum upswing for Ward right now as Kovalev seems to be weakening in these late rounds perhaps from the brutal body assault.

If Ward wins 3 of the last 4 rounds the win is his.

Well we haven't seen Kovalev taken to the deep end and he's going to have to overcome the deep end of the pool because Ward is taking Kovalev to the deep end. Ward rips him in the face and sends Kovalev tiredly thru the ropes. Ward looking really crisp now and Kovalev on the down swing. Things are getting interesting indeed
