Too much is put into the way a fighter acts at the weigh ins, unless they are flinching at the other fighters movements nothing can be taken from it.
Bad sign for Ward? Behavioural Comparison with Cleverly vs Kovalev weigh in!

I don't think it shows you anything at all. Cleverly wasn't scared, look at the first round of Kovalev - Cleverly. Cleverly actually tried to come out and fight he is just a **** average fighter with no mobility.
Ward is 10x the fighter Cleverly is, the weigh in and body language had nothing to do with Cleverly losing Kovelev is just levels and levels above him. People are reading far too much into it, if Ward loses it will be because Kovalev will be better than him not your bull***** analysis.Comment

Seems everyone has forgotten the lessons from the Rigo vs Donaire fight.
Remember after their weigh in
Eeermahgeerd Rigo wont even look him in the eye!! He shook!! He scared!
Proceeds to put on a boxing clinic winning almost every round.Comment

These are two world class boxers who have been fighting their whole lives and compete at an elite level.
To be honest when do you ever really see a fighter look scared in the ring in a major fight with seasoned pros? I am sure it happens at lower levels. On a decent stage Malik Scott against Ortiz maybe. Audley Harrison was terrified against David Haye.Comment
