No, he doesn't. Walters brings nothing to beat lomachenko imo. Lomachenko puts most fighters out there to shame because he has enough belief in his skill level that he doesn't care who he faces.

Great offensive and defensive skills, quickness and ilusiveness. Hope he doesnt have problems with his hands, and could use a little more power. Overall the best skills in boxing there with Rigo, Ward, Crawford, Mayweather. Looks like black boxer prefer skill over power, that why they are little more boring to the casual fan.
